Just a girl

Hello all, since I'm new I shall introduce myself. I'm 20 years old, and I've been dealing with back pain for many years now. It's gotten to the point in the last few months that I'm on disabilty and I had to temporary drop out of school. I have a doctor who really likes giving mortin/naproxen and nothing else, thus it's taken me this long to finally figure out what's wrong. I have very severe spondylolisthesis; making my only option lumbar fusion surgery. I've done my research and I fully understand the procedure. This is where I hope you guys can help me: I'm looking for personal experiences on recovery, what was given for pain, and how well it worked for you?
