I have terrible, lower back pain. It hurts to get up in the morning. It hurts to walk. It hurts to bend down. I have played sports all my life. I still jog, play basketball, and lift weights. To my knowledge, I have never suffered a back injury of any kind. I have Osgood Schlaters in both my knees. A friend told me that your knees can affect your back. His doctor told him that. I actually have pain in several other places(Ankles, Neck, Shoulders, etc.), but lower back pain is the main source of my problems. What can I do to temporarily relieve this pain? Taking 3200mg of ibuprofen daily is not such a safe option.
